- The validity of a quote or reservation request is limited and noted on the relevant document.
- The maximum capacity of occupants is set at 6 people. Children, including babies of all ages, are considered full-fledged individuals.
- Unaccompanied minors without their parents or guardians cannot be admitted.
- The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred or sublet.
- Upon arrival, identification cards will be requested.
- The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of our written agreement. Even if you receive confirmation through a third party, you will also receive confirmation from us.
- Once we have received your duly completed request and the deposit (30%), you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from us. The full payment for the stay must be made 30 days before your arrival. If payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
- Any changes affecting the total price of the stay (such as additional services or an extension) must also be settled before the deadline (30 days before arrival). If you cancel reserved services, cancellation fees may apply where applicable.
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival, a refund of the deposit (or balance) may be considered, but only after verification and within a necessary time frame to prevent fraud or illegal payment. For the same reasons, we do not refund any overpaid amounts.
- To ensure peace of mind, it is recommended to take out private travel insurance, as no refunds will be possible within 30 days before the arrival date.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and any other type of gatherings are not allowed.
- It is your responsibility to monitor your personal belongings such as drying clothes, skis, shoes, and others. The owner disclaims all liability in case of theft or damage to the equipment provided, as well as for any incident falling under your civil liability. It is imperative that you have insurance covering damage or incidents falling under your civil liability as a vacationer.
- For the duration of your stay, we provide bed linen (1 set per bed) as well as towels (2 per person/stay). Additionally, the beds will be prepared upon your arrival.
- On the day of departure, the rental must be vacated by 10:45 am at the latest. Otherwise, an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.
- Even though the apartment is carefully cleaned and checked before your arrival, we also recommend conducting your own inspection upon arrival. On our website, you will find a link to the inventory (www.val-thorens-vip-appartement, VIP menu, your code will be provided upon arrival).
- The inventory will be conducted after your departure. If everything is in order, the refund of the security deposit will be made by bank transfer within 7 days following the inspection.
- Cleaning the apartment is your responsibility before your departure. This means that you are requested to take out the trash, clean the kitchen, unmake the beds, and leave the apartment in a tidy condition at the time of departure. If the apartment is not properly cleaned, a cleaning fee (between €50 and €200) will be deducted from the deposit. The retention of the deposit for damages does not preclude additional compensation in case the actual costs of restoration exceed the amount of the deposit already paid.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive late or leave early, and please note that we cannot provide refunds.
- The relaxation/leisure area is not suitable for children without the supervision of their parents. You are fully responsible for their use. Please note that this area is not intended for sleeping.
- If the client fails to comply with these rules or exhibits inappropriate behavior, the client and other participants will be required to leave the apartment upon request, without the possibility of a refund.
- I have read and accept the conditions of the internal regulations.
- I have subscribed to a private travel insurance.
- I have read and understood the implemented health protocols.
- I agree to provide the names and dates of birth of the participants.
- I agree to pay the security deposit of €600.
- I agree to settle the balance of the rental before the specified date.
- I understand that the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
- I agree to pay the tourist tax of €1.65 per person per night.
- I agree to follow the cleaning and inventory instructions before departure.
- I agree to bear the costs of any necessary repairs.
- I agree to provide the additional information required for the reservation.
Heath Cleaning Protocol
Hygiene and cleanliness are very important to us, and rest assured that we take cleaning seriously. For your well-being and ours, we use cleaning and disinfecting products. The linens are changed for each rental, and disposable items such as welcome kits and cleaning kits are also replaced for each rental.
However, health protocols may evolve during the season and affect our rental management. For example, arrival and departure procedures or moments of contact and interaction may be modified. We thank you in advance for your understanding and kindly request that you comply with the implemented guidelines, even at the last minute.
