Here below you’ll find the general conditions concerning the rental of the apartment.
Please be reminded to take a private travel insurance that covers Covid related issues.
We do not refund.
INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
* The maximum occupant capacity is 6 people. Children, or babies of all ages, are considered persons in their own right. If any additional person is added during the stay, exceeding the total number of 6, eviction of all the clients will follow.
* Minors unaccompanied by their parents or guardians can not be admitted.
* The reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred or subleased. Upon arrival identity cards must be at hand.
* The booking becomes effective only with our written agreement. You will receive the agreement after we have received your completed application, the deposit (30%) and the balance. The entire stay must always be paid 14 days before your arrival. Otherwise the reservation can be canceled without refund.
- * Any modification of the overall price of the stay (various supplements, …) must also be settled at the latest 14 days before the beginning of the stay.
- * In case of cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival, the deposit (or balance) MIGHT be refunded only after verification and passing the time limit to avoid scams / illegal settlement. For the same reasons, we do not refund any amount overpaid.
- * Our advice is to always SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR OWN PRIVATE CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO RECEIVE REFUND. AFTER THE 30-DAYS LIMIT WE DO NOT REFUND
- * Animals are forbidden.
- * It is your responsibility to ensure the supervision of your personal items (drying cloths, skis, shoes …) The owner declines all responsibilities in the event of theft, damage by machines at your disposal, and in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the client. The client must have insurance covering damages / incidents under the civil liability of the client.
- * For the duration of your stay, bed linen (1 set per bed) and towels (2 per person / per stay) are provided. The beds will be made upon arrival.
- * The day of your arrival, the delivery of the keys will be done by us at 17h00/ 5 PM and only when the deposit of 600 euros has been paid. You can arrive until 20:00. (Except exceptions, mutually agreed)
- * On the day of departure, the rental must be left no later than 10H45 AM, otherwise an extra day may be charged at the current rate.
- * Eventhough we check the apartment in detail before you enter, You are asked to do an inventory check as well. This means check, note remarks, sign and return the list the within 12 hours after arrival. - * Due to covid-restriction we do inventory-check without you and after your departure. The deposit will be returned as soon as the evaluation has been done. ( max. 14 days)
- * The apartment has to be left tidy and well arranged (by you) before your departure. Please note that the kitchen ( dishes etc.) cleaning is not included in the final cleaning service; and SHOULD BE CLEANED. We ask you to empty the bins and take the garbage outside.* The deposit is 600 euros. For cash deposits:ALL CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED BY BANK TRANSFER. In case the rental has not been left properly, and extra cleaning fee between 50 and 200 € will be deducted from the deposit.* The retention of the deposit for damages does not exclude additional compensation in the case where the actual costs of rehabilitation would exceed the amount of the deposit already given.
* The apartment is a non smoking apartment.
* The apartment cannot be used for parties or other gatherings.* The use of the leisure area and it’s access point the ladder, are not suited for children without parental supervision. The use of the ladder and area is under your entire responsibility. The area is not suited for sleeping.
* If you arrive late or leave early, thank you to notify us in time for the formalities and thank you to note that no refund can be claimed.
If the client does not agree or comply with these rules or doesn’t behave in a correct manner please note that the client and company will be evicted from our property without any refund.
